    In Cupertino California Today Apple held a their 2010 Fall Music Collection. As in previous years Apple has always released information regarding their musical line of products; this year is no exceptions. This year features a rainbow of colors and changes for their entire line of iPod's but the iPod Classic. Smaller is better it seem to be a constant theme of this years collection with the iPod Shuffle and Nano shrinking in size. The iPod Nano is more like a mini iPod Touch this time around. As for the iPod Touch received updates similar to the iPhone with dual camera and increased screen quality. They debuted iOS 4.1 which focused on attack to the Gaming Industry, iTunes 10 with new logo and preview of iOS 4.2 to be released later this year. Our final stop on this grand tour of their fall collection shown us a smaller video rental streaming black device; a remodeled Apple TV without storage.

    This collection wasn't to surprising because most of the rumors came true with an updated line that looks cool but still does the same thing. Although the new Apple TV device streaming Netflix's may just be worth it for only $99 available soon. All these items listed now are available within the next month and you can start pre-ordering them at your local Apple Stores or Apple's Website.

    Verizon has began to roll out their newest tier of DSL Service a 15 Mbps download speed available now in select areas. This upgrade should effect about 4 million users that are within a mile of the central offices and willing to pay $50 a month. The system uses ADS2+ to provide service at these speeds with further expansion coming soon to other locations. As Verizon focus on their FiOS Service this could be the last copper line upgrade for DSL Services and ending DSL Service in just about 10 years.

    After 20 years Autodesk has decided to reintroduce AutoCAD 2011 to the Mac Users once again. The software will follow the same pricing plan as it's counterpart Windows Version with some added mobile features. AutoCAD has been a industry leader in architectural, structural and mechanical design for many years now but lacked the Mac OS Support. Mac Users had to turn to VectorWork to resolve this problem for design. Starting October 2010 the battleground will change as the industry leaders battle out for top CAD program on the Mac.

    On November 9, 2010 Microsoft will introduce a new redesigned XBOX 360 Controller featuring a new D-PAD Design. The twist-able D-PAD Design brings in new and old school gaming fans to a single controller. This controller will only be available in the play-and-charge bundle on November 9 for $64.99 in the US (Europe in Feb 2011). The design moves away from the colorized buttons and to a sleek silver design.

    One of Microsoft's Co-Founder Paul Allen and one of his firms has filed a lawsuit against many companies including Apple, Google and Facebook to name a few. He has alleged that these companies have violated many patents relating to search, multimedia, screen pop-ups and database management. These patents belong to Interval Research and license by Interval Licensing which were violated by 11 major companies which covers the fundamentals of the Web Technologies first developed in the 1990s. The four patents and details are as followed:
    • U.S. Patent No. 6,263,507, for "Browser for Use in Navigating a Body of Information, With Particular Application to Browsing Information Represented By Audiovisual Data."
    • U.S. Patent No. 6,034,652, for "Attention Manager for Occupying the Peripheral Attention of a Person in the Vicinity of a Display Device."
    • U.S. Patent No. 6,788,314, for "Attention Manager for Occupying the Peripheral Attention of a Person in the Vicinity of a Display Device."
    • U.S. Patent No. 6,757,682, for "Alerting Users to Items of Current Interest."
    Many companies have issued statements slamming this lawsuit stating they are targeting some of the most innovative companies. Their products and services have benefited millions of people around the world. As others did not want to comment on this at this point in time without reviewing more details.
