On April 24, 2010 on board Space Shuttle Discovery was the crew of STS-31 and one of the most valuable payloads in Space History. That was 20 years ago as the Hubble Space Telescope began its mission of photographing Space and the beyond. At first the images where blurred do to technology upgrades in May 2009, the crew made it 100 times more powerful then when it was launch. Flying just about 375 miles above us and traveling around the world in just about 97 minutes allows the telescope to focus and take images of stars 7,500 light years away. With over one-half million amazing images of 30,000 celestial objects in it's archive, its time is coming to an end. Within just a few short years the next-generation Space Telescope is set to take orbit in 2014, a lesson well learn.
